Dinesh Tiwari
Managing Director
Dinesh is a private equity professional with over 25 years of experience in investing in Emerging markets, predominantly India-related businesses with significant years of Partner/leadership roles. He has been the founding member of 3 early-stage private equity franchises – India business of Standard Chartered Private Equity, Alcazar Capital and Multiples and worked with established funds like Actis and ICICI Venture. He has a strong understanding of Indian corporate/taxation regulations in the context of equity transactions.
Prior to BPC Global Advisors, he was a Partner at Multiples Alternate Asset Management, an India focused private equity platform with US$ 1 billion under management. At JP Morgan, he led the India business for the US$750M Private Capital Asia group where he sourced several equity and equity related investment opportunities in India, and supported many transactions in SE Asia. He also managed the existing investment portfolio of US$ 450M and developed exit opportunities. Prior to JP Morgan, he was a founding Partner at Alcazar, an emerging markets private equity business in Dubai, where he conceptualized and launched a US$ 200M India focused fund on infrastructure services and logistics. Before Alcazar, Dinesh was with Standard Chartered Private Equity where he was part of the founding team of the India office and helped establish the private equity franchise in India.
Dinesh has a Bachelors degree in Physics and MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Shiv Krishnan
Managing Director
Shiv bring extensive domestic and international expertise in corporate finance and advisory services built over four decades of experience in the US, India, and Middle East markets. Shiv was Founder and Chief Executive of SiAS Capital Advisors, providing financial consulting and corporate finance advisory services. His focus was on middle market companies in North America seeking to expand into emerging markets in Asia. Shiv has facilitated cross-border transactions with clients, and brings firsthand knowledge of these markets in terms of structuring transactions, market entry requirements, and raising equity and debt capital for financing transactions.
Prior to founding SiAS Capital in 2009, Shiv spent more than two decades with KeyCorp in Cleveland, Ohio, where he was responsible for a wide range of corporate finance and investment banking activities. At KeyCorp, he was a member of executive management, served as President of Key Capital Markets, and as Managing Director at McDonald Investments.
After KeyCorp, Shiv was Chief Executive of Addax Investment Bank, based in Bahrain and engaged in private equity and wealth management in the Gulf region. Throughout his career, he has maintained extensive business relationships across multiple continents. He has an undergraduate degree in Engineering and graduate degrees in Economics and Business from Delhi University and Case Western Reserve University.

Rohit Hegde

Rohit has extensive operating, management experience working with multi nationals in the US and India markets. Since 2006, Rohit has been working with PE funds based in Europe helpingtheir portfolio companies do business in India, Middle East and Australia. He has helped set up greenfield operations, hired strategic teams, assisted with Business Development activities and identified Joint Venture partners.
Rohit is also a successful entrepreneur,building Adeep Group in India into a $25 mm auto components business,which he sold to Actis Private Equity. Rohit’s professional career includes management roles with Hewlett Packard's Medical Supplies Manufacturing business in Andover, MA and Scully Signal Company manufacturing heating oil delivery systems in Wilmington, MA
Rohit has an MBA from Northeastern University, Boston, MS in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University and BS in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University, Chennai. Rohit is based in Bangalore, India

Ashoka Achuthan

Ashoka is a senior corporate executive with close to three decades of experience in Finance, Corporate Development and M&A with major multinational corporations. He was most recently the CFO of Westport Fuel Systems based in Vancouver with responsibilities for Treasury and financial management.
Ashoka worked with Siemens AG, a diversified global electrical and electronics firm for more than twenty years in a variety of Finance and Treasury functions. During his career, he assumed progressively larger responsibilities in Treasury Corporate Development and Financialmanagement culminating in the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Siemens VDO Automotive Corporation. After Siemens, Ashoka has also served in key financial management roles at Cooper Industries, ATC Technology Corporation and Coda Automotive Group.
Having worked with multiple portfolio companies of Private Equity funds, Ashoka brings a strong understanding of Private Equity ecosystem and operational imperatives. Ashoka is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with undergraduate degree from University of Bombay, India and MBA from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio.
